Instructors Terms & Conditions

So, you’ll agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions
If you register for your online Quran classes at Qteaching or your kid’s classes as a pupil.

• Upon successful completion of free trial classes, you’ll have to decide whether or not to continue with the classes at Qteaching.
• Once you decide to continue, you’ll pay the charges at the due date – monthly charges are paid in advance on the last week of every month for the coming month. Classes can be stopped (paused) if you don’t pay the fee on the due date.
• Qteaching reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 7 days without any reason.
• In case you need to hold the classes and intend to continue with the same instructor at the same time once again when would restart, then Qteaching will charge the full fee per pupil for reservation of the slot for you with the same instructor.
• Any leave is considered as paid from your side and there’s no make-up for that and it’s paid if you keep the same schedule and instructor as we can’t use the time for any other pupils of you.
  There are no make-up classes for more than 5 days leaves as the instructor can’t manage the make-up classes.
  Yet, it isn’t necessary that makeup classes will be entertained, If the pupil is absent in any class due to a problem at his/ her end.
• If pupils miss any class without previous notice (except in case of emergency), the absence will be noted and no makeup class will be arranged. Make-up classes can be arranged with the same instructor or another instructor upon availability at the needed time.
• If you want to cancel a class any day, you’re needed to inform your instructor on Skype or email us 6 hours before to utility of the makeup class.
• Qteaching reserves the right to cancel the classes if any pupil remains absent for more than two weeks without previous notice and no refund will be entertained as per our Terms of service.
• Never share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, and credit card information with any instructor. Qteaching won’t be held responsible in case of misuse.
• Qteaching reserves the right to change instructors anytime if required for quality tutoring purposes.
• In case the instructor resigns/ is terminated, pupils will be provided with a new Quran instructor and pupils won’t stay in touch with any individualities. And Qteaching won’t be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future as Qteaching is a registered program of Qteaching Ltd.
• Qteaching will increase the charges of every pupil according to the terms of service with the ratio of about 6- 7 of the present fee every year at the end of the year.
• You won’t talk over any payments and your contact details with the instructors as in case of any loss or damage Qteaching won’t be responsible.
• Qteaching charges of the pupils could be varied according to our programs of that time and terms of service.
• The Eid leaves on both occasions are paid leaves for the instructors and we’ve no other leaves in the years for the instructors except the Eid. So, Eid leaves are included in the monthly fees and there are no makeup classes and no refunds for their leaves.
• Qteaching may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any point in time and those would be mentioned and updated on our website as well.

These Terms of service and conditions are applicable to all pupils for online Quran classes.
